Here we go, another Mole season we hope to bring our friends and international Mole fans, who love this show as much as we do! ::bravo::

Did anyone of the forum hear from Supernova since the subs of episode 9? She didn't come back to me to divide parts for subbing of Ep 10 and that also didn't appear on the YouTube channel. Stuff like that makes me wonder if she is all right...

Reageert ze ook niet op e-mail? Ze is hier en op het Amerikaanse molforum al geruime tijd niet ingelogd geweest. Hopelijk is er niks aan de hand.

Ze is altijd superprecies over het timen van de episodes, een paar afleveringen terug gaf ik te laat door dat ik dat weekend niet kon timen, en toen was ze daar (terecht) verbolgen over. Het is niets voor haar om opeens bij episode 9 te stoppen en geen plannen meer te maken voor episode 10. Ik ben dus echt bang dat er iets mis met haar is.
Kent iemand haar persoonlijk en heeft die contactinformatie zoals telefoonnummer? Ze reageert niet op mails of PM's. ??? :-[ :\'(

Haar twitter is @TheMoleNL, daar is ze al sinds 2012 niet meer actief geweest dus daar heb je weinig aan. Ik vroeg me ook al af waar ze was, ik hoop maar dat er niets aan de hand is.

Kun je niet googlen op haar voornaam in combinatie met widm ofzo? Of misschien via haar mailadres? Er moeten wel manieren zijn om haar te vinden (hoewel dat misschien ook weer erg stalkerig is aangezien ze gesteld is op haar privacy, maar als ze ineens verdwenen is...)

Ik weet wel haar hele naam, maar die is dermate veelvoorkomend dat het niet heel simpel is om haar eventuele facebook te achterhalen. Ik weet wel dat er ook vrienden van haar helpen/hielpen met ondertitelen, die moeten te vinden zijn toch?
Er moeten wel manieren zijn om haar te vinden
Ik vind het ook privacy technisch ook een beetje dubieus om haar op te sporen ... daarbij zit ik nu op mijn werk dus ik ga het sowieso niet nu doen ...
Nogmaals: ik hoop dat alles goed met haar gaat (en dat ze snel weer opduikt).

Hoezo? Normaal is ze stipt op tijd met het plaatsten van de ondertitels. Plus daarbij is ze sinds vorige week maandag (dus nog voor de mol finale) niet meer op het forum geweest.
Misschien is het helemaal niet zo erg en is ze misschien op vakantie ofzo, dan maakt het toch niet uit als je dat even via FB zou kunnen checken.

Helaas heb ik niets meer van haar gehoord. We kunnen alleen maar hopen dat het niet slecht met haar gaat.
Ik wil overwegen om dit weekend de reünie aflevering te gaan ondertitelen. Ik heb begrepen dat er toch veel Engelstalige fans op zitten te wachten. Ik heb het nog niet eerder begeleid maar wil een poging gaan wagen. Mensen die al dan niet in het verleden hebben geholpen en dit weekend ook zouden willen meewerken, neem graag contact met me op, ik kan alle hulp gebruiken.

Ik heb ook niets gehoord. We deden het ondertitelen met z'n 4en dit jaar en helaas is ook de 4de persoon (Highwaykind) al tijden niet op het forum geweest, ik heb haar (?) ook een PM gestuurd.

Ken Supernova ook alleen via PM, en heb na de aflevering voor de finale ook geen contact meer gehad helaas.
Ik hoop dat alles OK is! Beetje griezelig.

Één klein voordeel: het slotwoord van Art op de steiger kan gekopieerd worden vanuit aflevering 9 ;)

Normaal gesproken stuurt Supernova een low-res versie van de aflevering + de Nederlandse teletekst ondertiteling naar iedereen met een indicatie van "jij doet het stukje tussen minuut 10 en minuut 25". Dan is er een gratis programmaatje (Subtitle Workshop geloof ik) waarin je de video en je subtitle inlaadt en je in eerste instantie domweg de Nederlandse tekst naar Engels vertaalt. Hier en daar kun je de timing van de tekstblokken wat aanpassen en soms laten ze in de teletekstondertiteling iets weg wat je bijvoorbeeld alsnog wilt toevoegen. Een stukje van 15 minuten vertalen kost mij 2-3 uur schat ik.

Is er al meer nieuws? Ik maak me best wel zorgen over haar (raar, je zorgen maken over iemand die je niet kent). Ik heb toch maar eens wat gegoogled op haar youtube-account en heb op die manier wel haar facebook gevonden, aangezien ze daarmee blijkbaar ook af en toe haar account heeft gepromoot (dus zo erg lijkt ze het dan ook weer niet te vinden dat mensen haar naam kennen). Helaas levert dat verder niet zoveel op. Blijkbaar is die facebookpagina ook meteen de enige keer dat haar naam op internet staat, dus haar privacy is nog steeds goed beschermd :P Het betekent in ieder geval dat ze niet vermist is, maar waar ze dan wel gebleven is... ??? Ik blijf het heel raar vinden.

Zo'n idee had ik al, aangezien de naam die ik gevonden had niet heel vaak voorkomt en jij had gezegd dat haar naam wel veel voorkwam. Misschien dat dit ook is in verband met haar privacy, maar het is wel vreemd.

Als ze wel actief is op facebook, zou ze hier ook wel actief zijn... het IP-adres checken gaat misschien wat ver, maar hoe langer ze wegblijft hoe groter de kans dat er echt iets mis is. In dat geval lijkt het me niet zo'n heel gek idee om toch maar dat soort dingen proberen te achterhalen.

Bedankt voor de tip Starlight, ik had dit nog niet gevonden maar op deze manier heb ik wel die naam gevonden. Maar als ze al iemand is die graag ergens een verkeerde naam opgeeft, is het onmogelijk om te besluiten welke naam haar echte naam is.
Ik stuur een aantal van jullie nog een PM zometeen, misschien kunnen we samen achter meer komen.

Helaas, niets meer gevonden en we zijn er ook mee gestopt. Conclusie: of er is iets met haar gebeurd, of ze wil niet meer gevonden worden.
Dat was het slechte nieuws. Het goede nieuws is dat we niet hoeven te vrezen voor de toekomst van ondertitelde WIDM episodes. Een andere trouwe fan, niet van het forum voor zover ik weet, heeft deze community gemaakt: WIDM English Subs (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPxZlYn_kOXBg5Qb9MsbAhA). Hier is inmiddels seizoen 8 online, volgen er nog meer en volgend jaar wordt ook het nieuwe seizoen ondertiteld.
